Christmas..

On Christmas eve this year we went to my parents in Morgan and ate and opened presents. Then came home got the kids to bed and waited for Santa. I was suprised the kids actually slept in!! til 7 thats sleeping in for them. We opened presents then my sister came over and we made breakfast burritos, stuffed ourselves then got ready and headed over to Gma Shell's (Brady's mom) We ate again there, opened more presents, played some games then decided it was time to go home. When we got home we watched a movie and let the kids sleep in the air mattress/sleeping bags they got. We had a great Christmas and the kids got spoiled thanks to the Grandparents!! I hope everyone had a good Christmas and we wish everyone a Happy New Year.

What ya think?? Pretty cute, Huh!! She had been bugging me for a few days to get it cut. Now that she's in kindergarten she likes doing her own hair but when it was long she couldn't get it all combed out and let me tell you about every morning in our house was a nightmare. I kept saying are you sure you want it that short?? She loves it!

Peyton & Gavin Christmas '08

Tuesday night i took the kids to have their pictures taken, i feel bad because since i don't work for Kiddie Kandids anymore no more free pictures!! (sucks) We have all these pics. of Peyton and not too many of Gavin so it was time!! They turned out pretty dang cute if i do say so myself =)

Random stuff...

So its been awhile since our last post, We've been busy, but here are just some random pics. Some are decorating the tree, playing in the snow, and a few weekends ago we braved the Temple lights. It was Crazy busy with people!! I love going to see Christmas lights but not so sure we'll go back again unless a week night isn't as busy?? Instead of looking at the lights we were trying to dodge people. It was still beautiful and get you in the Christmas spirit.  Oh by the way if any one can tell me how to add a slideshow to my blog i'd really appreciate it!! I did go set up an "album" in Photo bucket, if that helps???

Happy Thanksgiving....

So i just wanted to say I hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving and thought of plenty they are thankful for. Our Thanksgiving didn't go as planned because i got the flu Monday or Tues. can't remember for sure then Peyton got it from Wed. night to Thursday. Since everyone was coming to our house to eat we figured it'd be best to postpone Thanksgiving til our house hold was well again. But let me tell you while i was throwing up and trying to rest my sister took Gavin for the day and Peyton went and had a play day with her friend, it was nice to just be able to rest and not worry about feeling guilty because i couldn't play with them or be there for them. So Thanks to great family and friends!! I really appreciate you =)
